Core Responsibilities: 

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Collaborate cross-functionally to understand objectives, preferences, and budget constraints. Collaborate across SBUs and other teams, especially the Sales and Marketing to drive events for Commercial as well as BuzzWorks businesses.  </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Aid brand marketing efforts for BuzzWorks and Commercial businesses, by driving any events, sponsorships, event collabs and initiatives. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Develop comprehensive event proposals, across commercial assets/commercial portfolio, including budgets, timelines, and creative concepts, tailored to meet client needs and expectations.  </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Plan and execute a variety of events, including engagement activities, conferences, launches, and social gatherings, from concept to completion. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including but not restricting to venue selection, F&amp;B requirements, audiovisual equipment, tech support, transportation and accommodations. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Manage event management agencies, create new vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure quality services within budgetary constraints. Coordinate with agencies to work on creatives/collaterals for event marketing.  </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client experiences. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">As the primary point of contact for events related job tasks, taking the lead on providing regular updates to the team and addressing any concerns or requests promptly. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Implement innovative strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction, such as interactive activities, networking opportunities, and personalized experiences.  </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Conduct post-event evaluations to assess client satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance event offerings and drive client engagement. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Strategize and execute partnerships with various brands/events to drive events across campuses/outside campuses or drive tenant experiences via these brands and partnerships. </li>
</ul>

Qualifications: 

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Up to 5+ years of work experience in event management </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Good communication skills (verbal and written) </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, marketing, communications, or a related field. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Proven experience in event management, with a track record of successful client engagement and satisfaction. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Proficiency in event planning software and tools, such as event management platforms, project management software, and CRM systems. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Certification in event planning or hospitality management is a plus. </li>
</ul>

</ul>

<li style="text-align:start;">Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and travel as needed to oversee events onsite. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Out of the box thinking, proactiveness in proposing new ideas, creative thinking. </li>
