Key Responsibilities:

Internal Marketing Calendar

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Track performance and provide feedback to refine creative and content directions.</li>
</ul>

Campaign Execution &amp; Coordination

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Translate business requirements and goals into creative briefs that can be given as action plans to agencies, coordinating with agencies for creative rollouts and deliverables.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ensure all center launches, seasonal campaigns and promotions go live on time with high creative quality.</li>
</ul>

Content &amp; Copywriting

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Lead creative content for both performance and organic content — be it sharp headlines, snappy captions, engaging scripts, videos, or using AI to generate new-age visuals.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Be able to direct impactful, on-brand copy for social media, campaigns, reels, community posts, internal comms and all digital platforms.</li>
</ul>

Social Media Management

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Build monthly social media calendars and decks in collaboration with creative partners.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Independently create and post stories, reels and other native formats for Instagram and LinkedIn, if need be.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Stay on top of trends and viral formats to keep the brand culturally relevant.</li>
</ul>

Digital Marketing Support

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Collaborate with the in-house Digital Marketing Lead for execution of SEO, SEM, analytics, and paid campaigns.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Lead digital brand initiatives such as ideation and execution of podcasts, webcasts, audiocasts etc.</li>
</ul>

Community Engagement &amp; Tenant Experience

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Be the face of BuzzWorks at centers – regularly engage with tenants, organize small-format events, and capture UGC.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Build long-term engagement through community platforms, feedback loops, and meaningful on-ground touchpoints in collaboration with the internal Events Lead.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Plan UGC drives, internal campaigns, and micro-events with Center Managers to boost brand stickiness.</li>
</ul>

Events, Partnerships &amp; Influencers

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Execution of brand outreach initiatives (on-ground and digital) including influencer marketing, event participation, brand / content collabs, and activations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Lead and executive experiential marketing initiatives on-ground. </li>
</ul>
Ideal Candidate Profile:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Communications or related fields</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">6-8 years of experience in brand content creation, copywriting, and community engagement</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Hands-on with social media platforms (especially Instagram &amp; LinkedIn) and basic content production tools</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong copy skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Energetic, people-friendly, and confident in engaging directly with tenants and community members</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Comfortable working with agencies but also excited to roll up sleeves and “do it yourself”</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Highly organized and deadline-driven, with a good eye for detail and aesthetics</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Bonus: Prior experience in co-working, lifestyle brands or start-ups. </li>
