Key Responsibilities

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Identify and Prospect Partnerships: Research and shortlist potential colleges, universities, and higher education institutions across India that align with BIAs training and certification programs. Proactively reach out to decision-makers to initiate discussions. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Relationship Building &amp; Stakeholder Management: Develop deep, trust-based relationships with principals, directors, trustees, heads of departments, and training &amp; placement officers. Maintain continuous engagement to strengthen collaboration. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strategic Partnership Development: Design customized partnership models, including curriculum integration, joint certification programs, faculty development workshops, and student career fairs to maximize value for partner institutions. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Negotiation &amp; Agreement Finalization: Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and draft and finalize MoUs, ensuring mutually beneficial terms while aligning with BIAs business objectives. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Program Implementation &amp; Coordination: Work closely with internal delivery, operations, and academic teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs at partner campuses, including scheduling, resource allocation, and faculty assignments. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Performance Monitoring &amp; Reporting: Track partnership performance using KPIs such as student enrollment, program completion rates, and placement outcomes. Provide regular reports and data-driven insights to management. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Revenue Generation &amp; Target Achievement: Drive enrollments and revenue growth from partnered institutions through effective pipeline management and conversion strategies. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Brand Representation: Represent BIA at national and regional education fairs, skill development summits, and industry conferences to promote offerings and network with potential partners. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of trends in higher education, skill development policies, government initiatives, and competitive offerings to refine partnership strategies. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with marketing, product, and operations teams to create impactful campaigns, case studies, and success stories that strengthen partner engagement and acquisition. </li>
</ul>
Required Skills &amp; Experience

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">5–10 years of experience in college/university partnership, institutional sales, or academic alliances.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong network within the higher education sector.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven ability to manage high-value relationships and deliver business targets.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Exposure to EdTech, corporate training, or skill development programs is preferred.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Willingness to travel extensively across regions. </li>
</ul>
Education

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelor’s degree (required).</li>
</ul>
