Scope:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Blue Yonder Technical Architect (SCPO - Supply Chain Planning and Optimization) will be responsible for services delivery of product implementation and related integration.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Core responsibilities include Architecting, designing (along with counterparts, customer, and Architects) and leading the technical team on projects.</li>
</ul>

Desired skills and experience:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Knowledge on OS - Windows, Unix &amp; DB - RDBMS Concepts, Oracle, MS SQL Server, SQL/ PL SQL</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Next Gen Skills - Data Science, Data Analytics, Agile, Python, AI/ML, Cloud Fun, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Databases/Data Platforms(emerging) - Snowflake, MongoDB, NoSQL, etc</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Professional Attributes: Excellent communication, Inter-personal, Stakeholder management, Analytical and Problem-solving skills. Excellent organization and project documentation skills. Meticulous planning with attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Domain knowledge: Understanding of Supply Chain Planning and how it integrates with other systems. Any industry specific experience is a big plus.</li>

What you ll do:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Lead a team of technical consultants / developers on Solution implementation, enhancement, managed services, integration, custom projects either at the customer site or offshore.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Estimate the workload of implementation activities that are within the scope of their skills; assess business needs that fall outside the standard solution, assess integration complexity, architecture.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conduct technical analysis sessions with customers and/or the project team to understand the functional and technical needs of the customer and develop technical solutions to meet those needs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Design and develop platform workflow/ user interface, integration scripts, Data mapping, data modeling and loading of data.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Provide a variety of technical support to the project team, including quality assurance/design review, environment setup, software installation, configuration, operations consulting, troubleshooting, system testing, programming, etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Handle activities with a diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Provide internal and external trainings.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Implementation and steady state support and contribute on internal development projects.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Accelerate Time-to-Value for customer by iteratively delivering in short cycles.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Continuously upskill on Blue Yonders product suite to convey relationships and touchpoints to the customer.</li>

What we are looking for:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelor s degree (Computer Science Preferred) and 8 to 14 years of experience in Software industry; ideally a candidate that has started as a consultant and has worked his/her way to leading the technical team on 4-6 complete implementation cycles.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong programming experience and problem-solving skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Technical Background, Supply Chain Planning Industry Experience</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Expertise on performance tuning techniques and ability to assist other team members with benchmarking and sizing exercises.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Possess technical expertise on PL/SQL, database, ETL, Platform, Perl scripting.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Demonstrable experience leading, building, deploying and maintenance of enterprise solutions (cloud or on-premises)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Good understanding of Web Technologies and API fundamentals</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong understanding on Cloud and Architectural design (Azure or equivalent, Microservices Architecture, Multi-Tenant)</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Demonstrable experience with Blue Yonder SCPO Platform.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Hands-on development skills; should not have moved away from development activities.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Passionate about working with new technologies, products and demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, have good interpersonal &amp; communication skills - verbal &amp; written.</li>
