Responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Manage project timelines, identify and manage risks, and monitor progress against project goals.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Remove impediments and promote collaboration within the team.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Work closely with the product owner and development team to plan and execute sprints.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Mentor to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and values.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong background in software testing and quality assurance is must.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience in a software development environment.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong understanding of Agile metrics and reporting. </li>
