Customer Management

<li>Oversee the day-to-day execution of infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines. </li>
<li>Prepare, Present weekly/monthly/ quarterly SLA/ business reviews with customer </li>
</ul>
Delivery Management 
<ul>
<li>Project planning, execution, work schedules </li>
<li>Monitor key priorities for customer, SLA management, </li>
<li>Escalation management, customer reviews and presentations </li>
<li>Team management, Program governance </li>
<li>Monitor project progress and address any deviations from the plan promptly. </li>
<li>Lead the planning and initiation phase of infrastructure projects, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. </li>
<li>Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements. </li>

Project Management Tasks

<li>Ensure proper project closure, including documentation of lessons learned and completion of post-implementation reviews. </li>
<li>Gather feedback from project team members and stakeholders to improve future project management processes. </li>
<li>Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and status reports. </li>
<li>Ensure that project documentation is accurate and up-to-date. </li>
<li>Communicate project status, milestones, and issues to stakeholders through regular status reports and meetings. </li>
<li>Prepare and present project updates to project sponsors and leadership. </li>
<li>Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints. </li>
