Primary Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Develop, test and deploy iOS-based applications using Xcode, Swift, SwiftUI and Objective-C. </li>
<li>Develop and test portions of our existing iPad and iPhone applications as well as future offerings. </li>
<li>Participate in the ongoing design/upgrade of our Mobile applications. </li>
<li>Provide development leadership and oversight for other junior team members </li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills - This candidate will work closely with a variety of cross functional teams including – graphic &amp; interaction design, business and QA teams. </li>
<li>Troubleshoot, optimize and performance tune </li>
<li>Innovate and brainstorm new features working closely with the Patch Product and Design team. </li>

<li>Lead Software Developer (iOS Development) </li>
<li>The Expertise and Skills You Bring in as a Lead Software Engineer on the Squad </li>
<li>6+ Years of development experience, testing and distributing iOS applications. Experience in SwiftUI, UIKIt, Core Animation and Core Data are a must. </li>
<li>Solid programming skills in Swift and Objective-C. </li>
<li>Good understanding of MVVM/MVC architecture and other design patterns. </li>
<li>Solid understanding of Xcode, Swift, CocoaTouch/UIKit frameworks and the iOS SDK </li>
<li>Understanding of memory management </li>
<li>Strong communication and teamwork skills. </li>
<li>Experience writing transactional applications (Financial apps, electronic payments, claims, etc.) is an advantage. </li>
<li>Experience with interaction and graphic design is an advantage. </li>
<li>A passion for technology and innovation </li>
<li>Paying attention to the team’s daily activities and contributions in sprint sessions. </li>
<li>Understand the mobile release process &amp; coordinate with different stake holders for successful release</li>
