Role &amp; responsibilities

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for warehouse and delivery staff. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain payroll data, records, and reports by checking timesheets and attendance. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Handle payroll queries, clarifications, and grievance redressals for employees. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Calculate wages, overtime, deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS), bonuses, and final settlements. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate with internal HR, Accounts, and Operations teams for employee data validation. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure compliance with all statutory payroll regulations and timely filing of returns. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation or reports as required. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Generate salary slips and maintain monthly payroll MIS reports. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain confidentiality and integrity of payroll data at all times. </li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prior experience handling large headcounts in blue-collar-intensive environments (warehouses/logistics).</li>
