Key Result Areas for the Incumbent

- Process Responsibilities 

• Ensure effective Inventory management for the concept in the territory ( order management, stock consolidation, movement and transfer, optimum stock utilization, stock return and shrinkage)

• Review and analysis of stock reports, monitoring over and under stocks , implementing corrective action to be taken and manage Stock transfers (IBT)

• Review and effectively deal with fast / slow lines, new ranges and end of ranges and implement necessary action

• Manage roll-out of new store openings and timely dispatches and stock allocation.

• IBT of MBO's on the basis of low sell thru &amp; high stock availability at other stores.

• Manage RTV for specific requirements from channel Partner

• Maintain regular interaction with IT,VM,WH for timely flow of merchandise

• Track and maintain stock replenishment - People Management Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth co-ordination with the buying team for stock replenishment to the respective MBOs. 

• Ensure timely co-ordination with the supply chain team for timely dispatch of the stock

• Regular co-ordination with Zonal and channel partners ( MBOs) - Financial Responsibilities

• Maintain RTV discipline (as per organizations norms)

• Understand and gauge RTV for specific requirement from channel partners
