Key Responsibilities:

1. Compliances

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure all licenses (S&amp;E, Trade, Advertisement) are valid at all times. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Handle all renewal applications within defined timelines. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Escalate pending notices to the respective departments monthly. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure timely replies and closures of authority notices (within 30 days). </li>
</ul>
2. Audit Closure

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure the timely closure of Internal, Secretarial, and Statutory audits. </li>
</ul>
3. Inter Department/Store Support

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Respond to store queries and escalations within 48 hours. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain and update Legal Notices MIS at the end of each month. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure no ex-parte court actions or penalties due to non-filing of documents. </li>
</ul>
4. Intra Department Support

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Assist with contract drafting and due diligence for HS properties. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Represent the organization in legal proceedings. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain weekly MIS for litigation. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Act on notices/complaints within 2 days and coordinate with authorities as needed. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conduct trade mark searches, both nationally and internationally. </li>
</ul>
5. Compliance Tool Management

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain and update all licenses and compliances in the tool. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate with other departments for updates and follow-ups. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Monthly compliance follow-ups with Tax and HR departments. </li>
</ul>
6. Financial Budgeting &amp; Cost Control

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure license and approval expenses are within budget. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Validate and track all POs before invoice dates. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate approval processes and ensure cost-saving by reducing consultancy fees. </li>
</ul>

Qualifications:
