Key Responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Provide expert guidance to clients on using Dynamics 365 CRM wherever required.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Provide support during and after the system implementation.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Troubleshoot and resolve issues post-implementation, ensuring high client satisfaction and system performance.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Stay updated on the latest product features, upgrades, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Document / review SSD (Systems Specification Document), integration document, overall architecture and any other project-related technical documents.</li>

Desired Skills and Experience:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">10-14 years of experience in technical role, with a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Good understanding of configuring and customizing D365 application to meet specific business requirements</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience in overall data modelling </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Mandatory Technical Skills:</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Good experience in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Hands-on experience in configuring, customizing and implementing key modules of CRM, such as Sales, Service and Marketing.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong knowledge of Out of the Box features of D365 CRM in mapping business requirements and identifying specific ones that need customization</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">End to end solution design to ensure solution meets business requirements and is scalable</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience in working on SQL server </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Good understanding of Microsoft Licenses, cloud architecture</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Good knowledge of Azure services</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Well versed with integration technologies and good understanding on handling integrations in D365 with other business applications </li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience in ensuring performance is optimized </li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Good understanding of designing and implementing security in D365</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience in setting best practices, reviewing technical tasks of the team</li>
</ul>

</ul>
