<li style="margin-left:0px;">Script Writing &amp; Maintenance: Write and maintain client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and other custom scripts to enhance functionality and user experience.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Testing &amp; Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Technical Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for developed solutions and customizations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support &amp; Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements as needed.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaboration &amp; Requirement Gathering : Work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.</li>

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Education

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, preferred</li>
</ul>

Experience

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Four (4) or more years of experience in ServiceNow development and customization, required.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Four (4) or more years of experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting. Strong understanding of ITIL processes, preferred.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Four (4) or more years working in conjunction with onshore teams to deliver solutions, preferred</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience with ServiceNow modules, ITSM, ITOM, PM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, required.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience with ticketing systems and remote management tools, required.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience in large complex ERP deployment, preferred.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience working in a consulting environment, preferred.</li>
</ul>

License/Certification:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist preferred.</li>
</ul>
