Responsibilities

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Identifies, grows, and maintains strategic relationship with client personnel, including Internal stakeholders management.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Responsible for managing client expectations and delivering difficult messages when necessary to keep project delivery on course.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Identifies areas of risk on engagements and develops plans to manage those risks.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Guides, manages, and assists in multiple project-level efforts to apply, roll-out, configure various changes within multiple methodologies including Agile methodologies.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Performs gap and data analysis in support of identifying improvement opportunities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Leads Agile meetings, creates user stories and discovery workshops for custom IT solutions.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conducts current state assessments of business processes and supporting systems.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Acts as liaison between change requester and software development team. Addresses development team needs efficiently and effectively; creates release timelines and plans; coaches team on solution delivery, change management, and risk mitigation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Leads, coaches, and educates the scrum team in applying concepts and principles and staying focused on quality, predictability, flow and velocity of development.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong leadership skills in facilitating meetings with developers, including scrum meetings and retrospective meetings, by providing functional clarification, setting delivery expectations with the team and client, and managing the budget.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Supports the projects on-time delivery, finds and eliminates impediments, actively addresses issues, and builds a high-performing, continuous improvement team environment.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manages all time input and billing activities ensuring completion in a timely manner.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Education:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelor s degree in business or information technology.</li>
</ul>

Certification:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), preferred.</li>
</ul>

Experience:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Eight (8) or more years of professional experience leading agile project, technical solution projects, strategic or integration/implementation of varied IT solutions, required.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Three (3) or more years of experience with agile development life cycle and demonstrate success leading multiple project teams to completion while mitigating risks, required.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Three (3) or more years of experience as a Scrum master, required.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Three (3) or more years of experience as a Scrum Master, leading software development teams and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including coaching meetings with internal teams, required.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, risk management and communication skills, required.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong project planning, scoping, and management skills, required.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong business process analysis &amp; design and process flow skills, required.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Client facing consulting experience, preferred.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Previous experience in managing scope, timeline or budget, preferred.</li>
</ul>

Software:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; specifically, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, required.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Azure DevOps, required</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">JIRA, Smartsheets, MS Project, Visio or any other project mapping tool, preferred.</li>
</ul>

Other Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">A track record of managing projects within a software solution environment.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Capacity to work in a deadline-driven environment while handling multiple projects/tasks simultaneously with a focus on details.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, along with strong facilitation and collaboration skills</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excels at operating in a fast-paced technical environment.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to solve problems, identify solutions, and appropriately escalate issues.</li>
</ul>
