Key Responsibilities:

<ul>
<li>Process full and final settlement of exiting employees within defined timelines.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Coordinate with HR and finance departments to collect all necessary inputs for settlements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Share F&amp;F Inputs with payroll vendor and ensure getting the output from payroll vendor as per agreed TAT.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Validate calculation shared by payroll vendor including salary dues, leave encashment, bonuses, gratuity, notice pay (recovery/payable), incentives, etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, TDS, and gratuity.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Issue F&amp;F statements and get confirmation from employees.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Process F&amp;F payments to employees within TAT.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain accurate records of settlements and ensure documentation is complete.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Address and resolve any queries from employees regarding their F&amp;F settlements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Support audits by providing required data and documentation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Monitor and update the F&amp;F tracker/report for management review.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Assist in improving F&amp;F processes and reducing settlement turnaround time</li>
</ul>

Requirements:

<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, HR, or related field.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>2-4 years of experience in payroll or HR operations, specifically in handling F&amp;F settlements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficient in MS Excel and HR/payroll software.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Attention to detail and high accuracy in financial calculations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to work with cross-functional teams.</li>
</ul>
