Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain and organize key documents, ensuring easy accessibility. </li>
</ul>
Meeting &amp; Event Coordination:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Plan, schedule, and coordinate executive meetings, off-sites, and events.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Take minutes, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for smooth communication. </li>
</ul>
Communication &amp; Liaison:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Act as the first point of contact for the CHRO &amp; COO, screening calls and emails.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Draft and edit emails, reports, and communications on behalf of executives.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities. </li>
</ul>
Project Management &amp; Support:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Assist in key HR and operational projects by tracking deliverables and deadlines.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Research, compile, and analyze data to support executive decision-making.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned. </li>
</ul>
Travel &amp; Expense Management:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Arrange travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Process expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Handle logistics for business trips and external meetings. </li>
