Roles &amp; Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Supporting secretarial compliances for all group entities in India including statutory fillings with ROC both periodical and event based as may be required from time to time.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintenance of Statutory Registers and records.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Assisting with preparation of Board/Committee/General Meeting notice, agendas, resolutions, and minutes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Providing administrative support for corporate secretarial functions, including document drafting and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Liaison with ROC or such other regulatory bodies as may be required from time to time.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conducting research on regulatory updates and changes in corporate laws.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Assisting with Regulatory Compliances for all group entities in India as may be required from time to time. </li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualification:

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Cleared CS Professional or Executive. Preference will be given to CS Professional Cleared. </li>
</ul>
