Key Responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Create actionable pursuit plans and establish tracking mechanisms to monitor progress</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Implement strategies and action plans to improve efficiency and performance</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Lead GTM and Business Development efforts for the Audit &amp; Assurance function</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Project manage large and complex proposals and strategic pursuits</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage and develop a team of 5–6 members (Director-level team)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Marketing, and Partners</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">CA / MBA or equivalent professional qualification</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">12–14 years of relevant Business Development experience within a Consulting or Professional Services organization </li>
