<li>This is a full-time hybrid role for a Life Insurance Agent located in Bengaluru, with some work-from-home flexibility. </li>
</ul>

<li>The role involves promoting Bajaj Life's diverse insurance products, counseling clients to identify their insurance needs, generating and maintaining a client base through strong relationship management, and achieving sales targets. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>The agent will also provide exceptional customer service, explain policy options clearly, and assist clients with claims or policy modifications as needed.</li>
</ul>

 Qualifications
 
<ul>
<li>Proficiency in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Knowledge of Finance and Insurance products</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong Customer Service skills to provide personalized support to clients</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Relevant certifications, such as IRDA or other insurance-related qualifications, are a plus</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and maintain a customer-focused approach</li>
