Key Responsibilities:

<li>Content Creation: Craft compelling email content, including subject lines, body copy, and CTAs, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.</li>

<li>Segmentation &amp; Personalization: Utilize customer data to create targeted segments and personalized email campaigns to maximize relevance and engagement.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Automation: Set up and manage email automation workflows, including drip campaigns, triggered emails, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on email campaigns to optimize performance, including testing subject lines, content, layout, and send times.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Analytics &amp; Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.) to inform future strategies.</li>
</ul>

<li>Compliance: Ensure all email marketing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other data protection standards.</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications:

<li>Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a freelance or remote capacity.</li>
</ul>

<li>Technical Skills: Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing automation tools.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.</li>
</ul>

<li>Creative Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.</li>
</ul>

<li>Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.</li>
</ul>

<li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.</li>
