Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develop and execute strategies that deliver measurable community impact in areas such as infrastructure, education, sanitation, and health.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Forge strong partnerships with NGOs, local authorities, and government agencies.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Lead program planning, budgeting, monitoring, and compliance reporting.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Drive community engagement, ensuring stakeholder involvement in CSR initiatives.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Supervise CSR operations across sites and provide guidance to team members.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Promote CSR initiatives through effective communication in collaboration with PR/Marketing teams.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure documentation, MIS, and compliance with statutory requirements.</li>

Desired Candidate Profile 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Background in construction/urban development projects is mandatory. Proven track record of executing</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">large-scale community projects such as schools, sanitation blocks, public facilities, or health centers.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Educational Qualification: Post-Graduate in Social Work, Development Studies, Rural Development, or allied fields.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">2+ years of relevant CSR/Development sector experience.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong understanding of social development issues, R&amp;R; (Resettlement &amp; Rehabilitation), and government program convergence.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent stakeholder management and networking skills with NGOs, community leaders, and government officials.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong leadership abilities, strategic planning skills, and a proven record in driving results-oriented CSR projects.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">High integrity, accountability, and ability to manage budgets and compliance.</li>
</ul>
