Responsibilities:
 
Technical Support:

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues faced by ground staff. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.</li>
</ul>
System Maintenance: 

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Perform routine maintenance of IT systems, ensuring they are operational and up to date. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Monitor system performance and report any anomalies. </li>
</ul>

User Assistance: 

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Assist ground staff in using IT systems, applications, and devices effectively. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Provide training on basic troubleshooting techniques and IT policies. </li>
</ul>

Incident Management: 

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Log and document all technical incidents and resolutions for future reference.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors as needed.</li>
</ul>
 
Asset Management:

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Track and manage IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses. </li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ensure proper documentation of IT assets issued to ground staff. </li>
</ul>

Compliance:

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Adhere to company IT policies and data security protocols. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ensure proper handling of sensitive information and prevent unauthorized access. </li>
</ul>
Required Skills:

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, Linux &amp; MacOS), and networking concepts. </li>
</ul>
