Key Responsibilities 
Social Media Management:

Influencer &amp; Partnership Management:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Identify, onboard, and manage collaborations with health, wellness, and lifestyle influencers.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Build and maintain relationships with micro and macro influencers for brand advocacy.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate content briefs, deliverables, and performance tracking of influencer campaigns.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure all influencer content is compliant with brand standards and healthcare guidelines. </li>
</ul>
Content Marketing:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Plan, create, and manage compelling content including blog posts, newsletters, video scripts, patient testimonials, and infographics.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with doctors and medical staff to translate clinical insights into digestible educational content.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure all content aligns with ASG Eye Hospitals voice, vision, and brand guidelines. </li>

Campaigns &amp; Promotions:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Design and execute campaigns around key health days, hospital initiatives, and seasonal promotions.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Track and optimize content performance using analytics tools. </li>
</ul>
Reputation &amp; Community Building:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Monitor and respond to online reviews, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Engage with patient communities and influencers for outreach and partnerships. </li>
</ul>
Analytics &amp; Reporting:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Analyze engagement metrics, growth trends, and ROI to refine strategies.</li>

Requirements

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelor's/Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">5-7 years of experience in social media and content marketing (experience in healthcare preferred).</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven track record of managing successful social media accounts and campaigns.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong storytelling skills with a portfolio of content across formats.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficiency in tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite.</li>
</ul>

</ul>
