Key Responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Design and edit high-quality video content for social media, digital ads, YouTube, clinic screens, and internal promotions.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Create animated explainer videos, doctor videos, surgery procedure highlights, testimonials, and awareness campaigns.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develop engaging static creatives for social media, digital ads, and clinic branding needs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand campaign goals and translate them into effective visuals.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Handle end-to-end video production: ideation, scripting (if needed), editing, animation, transitions, and sound syncing.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Repurpose video content into reels, shorts, teasers, etc.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all creatives.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bring innovative design and motion ideas to elevate the brands visual communication.</li>
</ul>
 Skills &amp; Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelors degree in Design, Animation, Media, or a related field.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">5 years+ of relevant experience in graphic and video designing.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficiency in Adobe Suite Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Knowledge of tools like Final Cut Pro, Canva, Figma, or similar is a plus.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong understanding of motion design, transitions, and storytelling.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience working in a healthcare or service-based brand is an added advantage.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.</li>
</ul>
