Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Proven experience in recruitment or a related HR role</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-informed decisions</li>
