Your role:

<li>Develop concept and architecture designs based on customer and internal product requirements.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Prototype design creation, collaborating with purchasing/suppliers for part development.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Identify Mechanical Special Product Characteristics (KPC/QCI).</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Conduct Mechanical DFMEA, mitigate risks, and report findings.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Prepare Mechanical verification plans for product performance.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Utilize Unigraphics for 3D/2D/Assembly/Drafting/Sheetmetal tasks.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Perform Mechanical verification tests, ensure compliance, and meet requirements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project deliverables, and conduct reviews </li>
</ul>
Your background: 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Minimum of 3-8 years of hands-on experience.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Bachelor\Masters in Mechanical Engineering or CAD/CAM.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Mechanical Engineer with Automobile experience in New product design and development.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Hands-on working experience in product area like Infotainment, Body Control Modules, Radars, Camera, Brackets, ECU’s, Camera’s …</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Working experience in design and development of plastic. Die-cast and sheet metal components/assemblies</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience with product design and development starting from new pursuit until warranty.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ability to do tear down &amp; benchmark studies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Exposure to Mechanical digital simulations methods &amp; tools (Moldflow, Structural, Thermal)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience to Quality Audits (Internal/External).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience with customer, supplier, validation, testing team coordination and interactions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience in Design tools like Unigraphics NX &amp; Team center.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience in Change Management (product life cycle management).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Knowledge on Metrological instruments/Methods used to measure parts against design with GD&amp;T.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Working knowledge on VA/VE, MCIP, cost saving initiatives.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience in using DFMEA to identify risk and take actions systematically.</li>
