Major Accountabilities:

<li>Allocate resources effectively across projects and initiatives, balancing workload and priorities to optimize team productivity, utilization, and project delivery timelines.</li>
</ul>

<li>Define performance goals and expectations for team members, providing regular feedback, coaching, and guidance to support their professional development and career growth.</li>
</ul>

<li>Implement initiatives to recognize and reward team members for their contributions, achievements, and milestones, fostering a culture of appreciation, motivation, and engagement within the team</li>

<li>Participation in audits, inspections from the supervised area; providing required documents and data.</li>
