Key Responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with medical, regulatory, sales, and R&amp;D teams to support the product lifecycle.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Create promotional materials and execute campaigns aligned with product positioning.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Drive product training and development for the sales team.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Monitor and analyze brand performance and optimize plans accordingly.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and external stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Lead and mentor a team of product executives or assistant product managers.</li>
</ul>

Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences (MBA in Marketing preferred).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven 9 to 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, specifically in the General segment.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Demonstrated success in brand building, team management, and market analysis.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities effectively. </li>
