Role &amp; responsibilities

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the mall including security, housekeeping, maintenance, parking, and customer service. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Liaise with tenants regarding operational issues and service requirements. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Monitor and manage the performance of service vendors and contractors. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prepare and manage the operational budget, track expenses, and reduce costs. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are maintained. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Respond to emergencies, incidents, and customer complaints promptly and professionally. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support the implementation of marketing and promotional events in coordination with other departments. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain records and reports related to mall operations, including maintenance logs, incident reports, and vendor performance. </li>
</ul>
Qualifications and Skills:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Minimum 3-6 years of experience in operations, preferably in retail, commercial real estate, or mall management. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong leadership and team management skills. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Familiarity with building systems, security, and maintenance operations. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of facility management software is a plus.</li>
