Key Responsibilities:

Social Media &amp; Digital Marketing

Event Planning &amp; Execution

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage &amp; execute monthly events, festive promotions, and mall activations</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate with vendors &amp; agencies to deliver memorable experiences &amp; smooth execution.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Oversee on-ground event logistics, setup, and timely execution</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conduct Pre &amp; post-event analysis and documentation for continuous improvement</li>
</ul>

Tenant Coordination &amp; Communication

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Serve as the main point of contact between mall tenants and the marketing team</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Keep tenants informed and involved in marketing campaigns and promotional activities</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Gather tenant content, feedback, and promotional materials</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate onboarding communications for new store launches and offer rollouts</li>
</ul>

Retail &amp; Consumer Insights

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Stay updated on retail trends, shopper behaviour, and category movements</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collect consumer and tenant feedback to enhance marketing initiatives</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conduct basic competitors research and footfall benchmarking </li>
</ul>
Qualifications &amp; Skills:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Any Graduation is mandatory.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">2–4 years of experience in retail, mall marketing or hospitality</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong grasp of social media trends, content tools, and campaign management</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proactive attitude and willingness to work weekends/festive periods as required. </li>
