Responsbillites:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Managing the sales process with a specific ERP.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Keeping a CRM database up-to-date.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Achieving sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Participating in sales review team meetings.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Checking OOH media and reporting to the media manager if it is not found to be on proper display.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensures he attends all property shows regularly.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensures cancellations are replaced with fresh booking within 90 120 days from the date of booking.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Is accountable for the sales team achieving their monthly targets and earn their incentives </li>
</ul>
Preferred candidate profile: 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">The candidate should be a Graduate /MBA with 10 - 15 years experience in Direct Sales.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Should be conversant working on Computers.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Should be capable of handling a team of 2 - 4.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Should have good communication skills.</li>
