<li>Having good in contracts handled experience in Civil - Water proofing, Hard and Soft Scape Works, Interiors and MEP Services - STP, LIFTS Knowledge).</li>

<li>Having Good Knowledge preferably in High Rise Building industry and Infra Structures industry</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Having Good Knowledge for finalizing the Commercial terms conditions in line with legal Compliances, safety Norms, Budget, and time deadlines.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Understanding the Scope of work , execution methodology , Costing analysis, Estimation of work completion and consultation with clients and third parties, before drawing up legal documents to outline terms of service and project deliverables.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Should play a vital role for coordination between the Business and third parties to ensure timely review and approval of any variations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Must have Good experience in all procurement functions for Real Estate industry, Good Knowledge in Contracts Costing, BOQ analysis, Scope of work and negotiations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure the organizations internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Meet with customers to discuss both legal and business matters.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Create, prepare, review and edit all contracts.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate intra and inter departmental activities (Projects/ PPC/Stores/end users/technical / commercial / administrative / financial/accounts).</li>
</ul>

<li>Maintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Provide support and advice on new potential businesses opportunities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Identify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes.</li>
</ul>

<li>Evaluate competency of new Contractors.</li>

<li>Draft and revise a variety of contracts with Contractors.</li>
