Roles and Responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Implement sales activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goal for the assigned area / territory.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support Medtech Team to promote products to individual doctors &amp; hospitals in assigned region.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Reach out to identify new business opportunities by means of tender &amp; government businesses.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure efficient use of company's demo units in the territory.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Identify, develop &amp; manage different channels of business (distributors &amp; direct sales) in the area.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Provide solutions to customers to meet their specifications on the basis of techno commercial discussions</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Upgrade existing customers to newer technologies</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors and ensure they are adequately trained on the product portfolio and company policies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain strong relationships with key dealers and distributors, regularly meeting with them to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Oversee proper documentation related to product licenses, certifications, and warranties for dealers/distributors.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Provide regular sales reports to upper management, including sales performance, market trends, challenges, and opportunities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Work closely with internal teams such as product development, logistics, and marketing to ensure that dealers/distributors have the right support, information, and products to be successful.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure timely delivery of products to hospital &amp; distributors and help resolve any logistical challenges.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Evaluate metrics on specific product lines and instruct Store Managers to adjust inventory appropriately</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports and submit your findings and analysis to senior management</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Inform senior management of any discrepancies or issues with sales team goals and results</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Should be able to handle Sales and Marketing for Delhi NCR areas. </li>
</ul>
Requirement and Skills:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, life sciences, biomedical engineering or a related field.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">A master's degree may be preferred.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven experience of 7 -10 years in the medical device, healthcare or pharma industry.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven Sales experience in dealing with Gynecologist and General Physician.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong background in managing dealer or distributor channels.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Knowledge of local and international regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA, CE marking) that govern the sale of medical devices.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong negotiating skills to manage pricing, contracts, and long-term partnerships with Doctors, Hospitals and dealers.</li>
