Roles and Responsibilities

</ul>
Role In System Study Phase:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Responsible for collecting all Business requirements from the Bank (client) and document the same effectively in Functional Requirements Document (FRD).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Perform detailed analysis of existing processes and to ensure that all aspects of the business requirements are understood &amp; mapped. Map and formalize business requirements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prioritize requirements and negotiate with users so as to keep the user expectations manageable and within the scope of work.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Capture details and document these in Functional Requirements Document (FRD) for creating the computerized system.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Act as a bridge between users and technical team so as to evolve a finally workable solution, which is acceptable to users. </li>
</ul>
Role In Software Development Phase:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Help technical team to create all optimal use cases as per business scenarios and solution to cater transformation and optimization of existing systems and processes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Review various UI and screens so as to ensure that these are as per user needs and expectations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Create test cases and testing scenarios for which testing team must test the developed software.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Test the developed software for various test cases to satisfy himself that the developed system is as per user needs and data flow is perfect. </li>
</ul>
Role In UAT Phase:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Help the technical team and users, in creation and/or migration of Master Data.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Design and conduct User Training Sessions. Design Study material for Training.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Take complete responsibility for managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase. </li>
</ul>
Role In Go Live Phase:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Uploading cut-off data</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensuring the accuracy of final configuration and </li>
</ul>
Role In Post Implementation Phase:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Reviewing Change Requests from users before passing them on to Technical Team.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Test the modified software to satisfy that it meets user change request(s). </li>
</ul>
Miscellaneous Responsibilities:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Create Pre-sales material.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Demonstrate and explain software to various prospects keeping their business needs in mind.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Create process part in business proposals, which are to be submitted to prospective Banks. </li>
</ul>
Requirements for the Position 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Qualification: Graduate/MCA/B.Tech./MBA. Any training and/or specialized courses in Banking would be an advantage. Extensive knowledge and experience in Business Analysis. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience: Minimum 3 years experience as Software Developer + minimum 3 years experience as Business Analyst. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Domain Experience: Minimum 3 years experience as Business Analyst in Banking Software Development Company or in Banks. Candidates with Software Knowledge and Software Development experience will be preferred. Must have knowledge of basic accounting. Experience in banking/payments will be an advantage. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Knowledge of Banking: End-to-end knowledge and experience in Core banking, especially in the area of Retail Banking, Lending, Payments, Interfacing through REST API, Trade Finance, Foreign Exchange, Treasury, Cash management, and General Ledger functions like Savings/Current Accounts, Customer On-boarding, Fixed Deposits, FOREX, Loan Origination, Credit Cards, LC, Bank Guarantees etc. A very good understanding of software development methodologies including RDBMS exposure, Knowledge of Payments processes, and interfacing with REST APIs. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English. Good inter-personal communication skills. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Other Skills: Good personality, Excellent inter-personal skills, Must be a friendly person and certainly not an introvert. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">International Travel: Must have a valid passport. Willingness to travel overseas for long duration, since this position requires travel to client locations for systems study and discussions during requirements finalization phase, and later at the time of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Go Live.</li>
