Key Responsibilities:

<li>Translate theoretical complex product and designs into physical processes and prototyping concepts</li>
</ul>

<li>Identify potential bottlenecks early on and recommend feasible alternatives for the first prototype and design manufacturability</li>
</ul>

<li>Recommend improvements in the quality of products and processes by proposing better and simpler alternatives</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Support and advise the development of products and modifications</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Provide solutions to issues and problems in new products and processes</li>
</ul>

Qualifications Required:

<ul>
<li>B. Tech degree in mechanical engineering</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>4-10 years of experience in New Product Development (NPD)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to translate technical ideas into practical approaches</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficiency in 3D CAD design</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Knowledge of measurement equipment and methods</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Supportive attitude</li>
