Key Responsibilities

<ul>
<li>Perform daily monitoring and health checks of the ServiceNow Platform.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience in User Administration, User Access Management, Role assignments and Group Configurations</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Monitor integration performance and assist in User Interface Level Integration &amp; MID Server Integration.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Knowledge of Import Sets for data loading from external file or database to the service-now.com</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Participate in routine Platform maintenance activities such as upgrades, cloning and patching.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Support incident, problem and Change Management process within ServiceNow team</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Engage in ITIL processes consulting and/or implementation</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Engage in major incident management P1/P2 to triage and resolve ServiceNow issues</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Partner with the business on exploring new opportunities to automate the operations processes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Document operational procedures and maintain Knowledge Articles</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Support ServiceNow modules – Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Asset Management and CMS</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Adhere to Agile Methodology and ServiceNow Best Practices</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience in handling service now incident and request queue.</li>
</ul>

Required Skills and Qualifications:

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with 3+ years of experience as an operations engineer</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">1 - 2 years of experience with ServiceNow platform as Development/Operations/Administration</li>
</ul>

Technical Skills:

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Basic understanding of ITSM module and ITIL processes is must</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB &amp; Asset).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Basic experience with ServiceNow configuration, scripting, integrations (REST, SOAP APIs), and automation</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Exposure to the reporting and dashboards is a plus.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Knowledge on HRSD and any other ServiceNow module is plus</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Basic Understanding of ITIL, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.</li>
</ul>

Certifications (Preferred):

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">ITIL v4 Foundation or higher </li>
</ul>
