Key Responsibilities

<li>Understand and implement Agile based methodologies within the organization. </li>
<li>Manage relationships through effective stakeholder engagement and collaborative problem solving, working at all levels and with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives. </li>
<li>Leading, training, and coaching the organization in Agile and Scrum adoption. </li>
<li>Planning and advising Scrum implementations within the organization. </li>
<li>Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work. </li>
<li>Agile engagement process by identifying requirements, coordinating schedules, communicating deliverables, tracking progress and delivering successful results. </li>
<li>Inform and align decision making for information technology planning, policy and operations to meet business objectives. </li>
<li>Facilitating Scrum Events (Refinement, Planning, Daily Scrum, Review &amp; Retrospective). </li>
<li>Fostering Team's self-organization and help team to maintain information radiators. </li>
<li>Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work in coordination with different stakeholders and assist with development of management action plans. </li>
<li>Tracking stories and managing sprint of the organization initiatives. </li>
<li>Assess efficacy, document and report gaps to stakeholders. Provide remediation guidance and prepare management reports to track remediation activities. </li>
<li>Ability to communicate a deep understanding of the business and a broad knowledge of existing agile evaluation practices is expected in this role. </li>
<li>Helping Product Owners to define Product Vision, To define near term &amp; long term initiatives by conducting road-mapping. </li>
<li>Ensuring team has productive work environment, coaching on Prioritization &amp; Estimation techniques. </li>
</ul>
Preferred Key Skills 
<ul>
<li>Good knowledge of Jira, Service Now tool and other scrum tools. </li>
<li>Exemplifies and promotes agile values and principles. </li>
<li>Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices. </li>
<li>Possess strong oral and written communication skills along with refined presentation skills and the ability to work with other departments and varying levels of management, including senior leadership. </li>
<li>Foundational knowledge of Cloud Computing Technologies (AWS and Microsoft Azure). </li>
<li>Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other scrum techniques. </li>
<li>Be able to engage at all levels of the organization to organize, drive and communicate results. </li>
<li>Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams. </li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Familiarity with configuration management tools such as ServiceNow CMDB, DevOps concepts. </li>
<li>Prior experience with technology infrastructure projects involving datacenter, server, storage, network components.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>B.S. in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, related degree or equivalent work experience. </li>
<li>Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques. </li>
<li>Intermediate working knowledge of MS Office applications, including but limited not limited to Outlook, word, and excel. </li>
<li>Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of various compliance and regulatory areas or the risk exposure, risk reporting and handling of risk events.</li>
