Role related requirements

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bring industry learning, experience, and best practices to identify opportunities and build out/ expand digital marketing services for Ameriprise advisors.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Partner with marketing and analytics teams to fast pace digital progress dashboards</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Build tactics for creating prospect/ deepening opportunity pipelines</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage and provide guidance to the digital marketing specialist(s)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Enable relevant research and development to consistently upscale/ upskill the service support and team of analyst(s)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Protect Client data and confidentiality; prioritize and perform work in accordance with established processes / procedures.</li>
</ul>

Domain related requirements

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to create and implement relevant social media strategies/ content, as required</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Driving social media campaigns</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Utilize available analytics from different tools &amp; leverage it to drive appropriate marketing strategies</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to, over a period of time, handle a team of analyst</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure to manage relevant reporting requirement</li>
</ul>

Required Qualifications

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Minimum 5+ years of work experience in strategizing &amp; executing digital marketing campaigns</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Willing to work evening hours: 8:00 pm to 4:30 am (9:30am to 6pm CST)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience in media analytics</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong thought &amp; result leadership</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Expert in utilizing analytics to drive relevant decision making in marketing strategies/ activities</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Good communication skills - Proven written and verbal communication skills with client service orientation</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experienced in working with stakeholders and handling online marketing projects from various industry verticals</li>
</ul>

Preferred Qualifications

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prior experience in customer-based interactions roles both written and verbal will be an added advantage</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience of interacting with financial advisors will be preferred</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Basics of financial planning &amp; broad exposure to financial products like mutual funds, insurance, retirement services, etc. would be an added advantage</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience of being part of and enabling start-ups/ new business setup approach will also considered a positive </li>
</ul>
