How will you make an impact in this role?

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Understand business objectives, customer needs, identify creative ways to leverage existing data capabilities, and develop new analytical solutions to meet those needs. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Deliver on supplier/ spend analytics to help GCS/ ICS Field and leadership drive G&amp;S Spend Strategies using tools like SQL, Python, Tableau etc. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Own end to end data analytics charter with the objective of generating actionable insights for the customers. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Deep dive data analysis to find optimal solution for business problems and proposing the same through visualization and storytelling. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Manage entire project from start to finish, prioritizing deliverables based on dependencies and business objectives and effectively connect with stakeholders. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ensure seamless tracking of the project performance metrics and its visibility to the senior stakeholders. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Complete ad hoc analysis aimed at helping develop strategies for growth-oriented actions. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Identifying new opportunities and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to design and build insights solutions. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Deliver backend data testing/UI testing and enable smooth &amp; flawless delivery. </li>

Minimum Qualifications 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Seasoned Professional with 4-6 years of experience in data analytics, visualization, and storytelling. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Has consistent track record on working on large data sets and derive insights from it. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Extensive experience in SQL/ Hive. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">4 + years of direct experience in Tableau (Mandatory) development of sophisticated dashboards with large data set. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Proactive, self-starter with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. </li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, influence, and encourage partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Background in B2B: Understanding of B2B payments; knowledge of procurement and/ or accounts payable/ receivable data strongly preferred. </li>
