What We're Looking For:

<li>Identify, assess, and analyze risks related to information security, business processes, and regulatory compliance.</li>

</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Stay up to date on emerging cybersecurity trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to continuously improve Onspring implementations. </li>
</ul>
What You'll Do: 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Bachelor’s degree in information security, risk management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">7+ years of experience in cybersecurity risk management. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, PCI DSS, etc.) and regulatory compliance requirements (GDPR, PCI DSS).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience with risk management processes, including risk assessments, mitigation plans, and monitoring.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Good understanding of security controls, governance, risk management, and compliance processes in the context of cybersecurity.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Familiarity with various security technologies and tools (e.g., SIEM, firewalls, vulnerability management, identity management systems).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience with risk assessment methodologies and security control evaluations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Good communication and reporting skills, with the ability to communicate findings to partners.</li>
