Key Responsibilities:

<ul>
<li>Establish Human Capital Risk Management Program, including policy and standards, governance, roles &amp; responsibilities, and requirements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Perform independent oversight and provide effective challenge to first line through reviews / testing and ongoing monitoring of human capital risks.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Educate first line teams across the enterprise about risk management programs and practices.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders and partners to ensure regulatory compliance and manage regulatory relationship and exams for safety &amp; soundness related regulations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>contribute and participate in various risk management activities including, but not limited to, risk and control self-assessment, risk appetite framework monitoring, metrics monitoring, development and oversight, and new product governance.</li>
</ul>

Minimum Qualifications:

<ul>
<li>Minimum 4+ years in risk management, compliance, human resources, or a similar role.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong analytical skills, including a proven ability to translate complex and disparate information into a comprehensive and cohesive conclusion.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Can exercise independence of judgment and autonomy with the ability to operate with limited level of direct supervision.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Effectively coach, train and develop a team in all aspects of their role</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Demonstrated ability to apply thought leadership and strategic thinking to deliver initiatives to advance a programs’ maturity and development.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to identify issues, escalate key findings, and advise on recommended solutions to correct issues and/or mitigate risks.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Aptitude to communicate findings to colleagues, business partners, and senior leaders.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Exceptional professional communication skills – clear, logical, and structured</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Impeccable integrity required for handling confidential information.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Rigorous and analytical approach to problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization.</li>
</ul>

<li>Exceptional command in Microsoft Office suites particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.</li>
</ul>

Preferred Qualifications:

<ul>
<li>Minimum 8 years (including 3+ years of leadership experience) in operational risk management, compliance, human resources, or a similar role in the financial services industry.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Professional Certification (SHRM)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Second line of defense (2LOD) risk management experience with a focus on human capital and/or human resources.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience with risk assessments, testing, and/or advanced analytical skills.</li>
</ul>
