What You’ll Do on a Typical Day:

<li>Design and develop best-in-class visualizations and interactive dash boards using Tableau</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Collaborate with stack holders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ensure timely delivery of high-quality reporting solutions that meet business goals.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Work across multiple products or initiatives simultaneously with strong time management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Apply data warehousing principles and best practices in designing scalable and optimized BI solutions.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Contribute to and support enterprise reporting strategies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Partner with data architects, developers, and analysts to create best-in-class dashboards and reports.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Write and understanding complex SQL queries and proficiency in Python is a Plus.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Troubleshooting and resolving performance issues in BI Reports and Dashboards</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Maintain clear and thorough documentation for Report specifications, and design logic.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Log all development activities and maintain sprint related tasks and work logs using Jira.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Participate in sprint planning, and retrospectives in an Agile development environment.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Handle sensitive data responsibly and maintain confidentiality.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders through strong verbal and written communication skills. </li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For: 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">5+ years of experience with Tableau and other BI tools ( e.g., Power BI, and others)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Proficient in SQL and Python scripting.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and Data warehousing concepts.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience working in Agile environments with hands-on use of Jira for tracking sprints and logging work.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Knowledge of enterprise-level BI architecture is a plus</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Excellent attention to detail and focus on visual design and user experience.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li>
