Key responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop and launch new ad solutions.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Work closely with sales and business development teams to understand customer requirements and tailor ad solutions to meet market demand.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Analyze product performance using data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ad fill rate, CPM, revenue per requested second and customer satisfaction.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Continuously track and optimize the Ads Plus platform to ensure maximum ad revenue and improve overall customer satisfaction.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develop go-to-market plans for new ad products, ensuring clear positioning, messaging, and training for the sales team.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage product launches and ensure alignment with overall business and revenue goals.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Identify growth opportunities in programmatic and direct-sold ad models.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including content partners, advertisers, and third-party technology providers.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conduct regular product demos, webinars, and presentations to showcase product enhancements and ad performance improvements.</li>
