Key Responsibilities

<ul>
<li>Design, develop, and deploy scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on CPQ and Billing modules.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Lead a team of Salesforce developers and lead development workflow from concept to deployment.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Customize and configure Salesforce CPQ features including product rules, pricing logic, quote templates, and approval workflows.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Implement and manage Salesforce Billing components including invoice generation, usage-based billing, revenue recognition, and integration with ERP systems.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal) to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Develop APEX classes, Lightning components, Flows, and custom integrations with third-party systems.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure data integrity and consistency across Salesforce and integrated applications.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancement of existing Salesforce implementations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and ensure adherence to best practices and compliance standards.</li>
</ul>

Required Qualifications

<ul>
<li>8–10 years of experience working on the Salesforce platform.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>4+ years of specialized experience in Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) and Salesforce Billing.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong programming experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and SOQL.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficiency in developing and customizing Salesforce Flows and Process Builder.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Deep understanding of quote-to-cash processes and SaaS subscription models.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi), or custom connectors.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end technical solutions.</li>
</ul>

Preferred Qualifications

<ul>
<li>Salesforce certifications such as CPQ Specialist, Platform Developer I/II, or Salesforce Billing Specialist.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Familiarity with Salesforce Revenue Cloud.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience working in B2B SaaS environments.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps tooling (e.g., Git, CI/CD, SFDX). </li>
</ul>
