Key Responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prepare top-down, structured Project Plans</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Provide high level plans indicating key project stages and milestones.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Stage plans should identify all of the products that will be delivered during the project cycle, along with prerequisites and activities required to accomplish delivery of the products.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Define a structured organisation for project delivery.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Identify resource requirements of the project and associated hard and soft skills for each resource. Ensuring competencies are met to deliver the project to which he/she has been assigned.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage and monitor the project plan to ensure successful completion of the planned activities and delivery of the project on time.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage and monitor the budget to ensure the project is delivered within budget.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage customers expectations and control project scope, driving the customer acceptance of the project within boundaries of the documented project scope.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Handling customers escalations and driving a successful resolution between all stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Stakeholder management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prepare the various status reports, both for internal and external stakeholders, to be distributed on an agreed timeframe.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Establish, implement and manage processes and procedures covering configuration management, including Change Control, Risk &amp; Issues Management, Documentation Management and Product Assurance.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Write specification documents and workflows.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Establish and implement a team culture within his/her assigned project.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage multiple projects at all stages while ensuring consistent high levels of service delivery. </li>
</ul>
Skills and Expertise Required:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">3-7 years or equivalent of related project management experience.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent communication skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent Customer Management &amp; negotiation skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Project Management Professional or Prince 2 Practitioner accreditation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Knowledge of Broadcast, Digital, Linear or SSAI is essential</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven track record working in a team environment</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven experience of delivering real time projects under time constraints</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent project management skill and competency</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Good technical knowledge is an asset</li>
