Key Responsibilities:

i. Project Planning and Execution:

</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, legal, and operations, to achieve project goals.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure projects align with the organization s procurement strategy and priorities.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with project requirements and service-level agreements (SLAs).</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Identify tools, drive automation for procurement department</li>
</ul>

ii. Stakeholder Collaboration:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Liaise with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and align project objectives.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Facilitate communication between stakeholders and vendors to ensure expectations are met.</li>
</ul>

iii. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Skills and Expertise Required:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Master s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Not mandatory - Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement &amp; Supply), or similar are preferred.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">3+ years of experience in procurement, project management, or a related field.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven track record of managing complex procurement projects from initiation to completion.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle NetSuite)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Knowledge of procurement regulations, contract management, and supply chain processes.</li>
