Product Strategy

<ul>
<li>Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for Amagi’s VOD products.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Translate business goals into executable product strategies aligned with the overall platform roadmap.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify product gaps and growth opportunities. </li>
</ul>
Product Roadmap Execution &amp; Delivery

<ul>
<li>Lead full lifecycle ownership,  from discovery through design, development, launch, and iteration, for your product area.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; prioritize using data-driven trade-offs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Partner closely with fellow product managers, engineering, UX, product marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver on time and with quality.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Leverage agile methodologies to improve velocity and predictability of releases. </li>
</ul>
Customer &amp; Market Insight

<ul>
<li>Act as the voice of the customer - deeply understand content operations, media management workflows, and OTT distribution challenges.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with key customers and internal stakeholders to validate product decisions and ensure measurable customer outcomes. </li>
</ul>
Cross-Functional Leadership

<ul>
<li>Drive alignment across teams (engineering, UX, product ops, GTM) without formal authority.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with fellow product managers to continuously refine and scale Amagi’s product development processes and frameworks.</li>
</ul>

<h3 style="text-align:start;">Qualifications</h3>

Must-Have

<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; an MBA or advanced degree in management is an added advantage.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>5–6 years of product management experience, preferably in the Media &amp; Entertainment (M&amp;E) industry. Experience with OTT platforms, Media CMS, content management, or video delivery workflows is highly desirable.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Alternatively, strong product management experience in a SaaS or cloud-based B2B platform with a solid understanding of scalability, performance, and distributed systems</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven record of delivering complex, high-scale products in fast-paced environments.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of scalability, performance, and cloud infrastructure fundamentals.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Demonstrated ability to translate customer pain points into product requirements with measurable business impact.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills. </li>
</ul>
Preferred

<ul>
<li>Familiarity with video formats, transcoding, CDN delivery, and content lifecycle management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Hands-on experience with analytics tools, SQL, and A/B testing for product optimization. </li>
</ul>
