Key Responsibilities: 

<h4>Accounts Receivable Operations</h4>

<ul>
<li>Monitor AR ageing reports regularly and follow up with customers for overdue invoices and delayed payments.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Generate, upload, and send customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Perform end-to-end cash applications, including applying payments against open invoices with appropriate remittance. </li>
</ul>
<h4>Reconciliations &amp; Record Keeping</h4>

<ul>
<li>Record and reconcile incoming payments accurately.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain up-to-date customer records, including billing details and contact information.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Obtain and document balance confirmations from customers periodically. </li>
</ul>
<h4>Communication &amp; Collaboration</h4>

<ul>
<li>Respond to customer inquiries and emails within agreed turnaround times (TAT).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Escalate and collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance teams to resolve non-payments or discrepancies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proactively track customer confirmations and flag inconsistencies as needed. </li>
</ul>
<h4>Compliance &amp; Audit Support</h4>

<ul>
<li>Support month-end closing activities by ensuring timely posting and reconciliation of receivables.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Assist in internal and external audit requirements with necessary documentation.</li>
</ul>

Skills and Expertise Required:

<ul>
<li>Master’s/ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>3 - 4 years of hands-on experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting/ERP software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Good understanding of basic accounting principles and AR workflows.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.</li>
</ul>
