Key Responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Handling onboarding, induction, training, and evaluation processes to ensure smooth integration and development of employees</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collecting and verifying all documents required during onboarding and ensuring their secure maintenance in the organizational database.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conducting regular training need and skill gap analysis for all the employees</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Monitoring in a structured, rigorous and data-driven way, the development needs of the employees and develop individual development programs</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conducting training need and gap analysis for the identified talent pool as part of succession planning strategy</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Designing the training programs as per the development needs by setting learning objectives and inculcate a motivated learning atmosphere</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Creating career &amp; learning roadmaps role wise and showcasing movement across levels</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensuring the execution of competency driven training module for all roles and create an annual training calendar for the same</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to assess learner engagement</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Continuously upgrading training effectiveness by deploying various measuring tools</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Driving the development, communication and implementation of L&amp;D initiatives </li>
</ul>
Candidate Profile:

Specifically, the candidate should have:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">MBA/PGDM from Tier-1 B-school in HR or equivalent field</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven experience as L&amp;D specialist for 0-2 years across industry</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Professional experience of conducting training and skill gap analysis, designing, developing and implementing training interventions, evaluation of training programs</li>
</ul>

<ul>
