What You'll Do:

<ul>
<li>You’ll own design projects end-to-end, from ideation and research to pixel-perfect execution for new and existing products and features.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>You’ll partner closely with Engineering and Product Management to build and ship experiences that delight our users.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>You’ll add to and maintain our visual design language across both our external and internal-facing products.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>You’ll act as a design and UX expert for our employees, advising on design best practices and solutions.</li>
</ul>

Basic Qualifications and Skills:

<ul>
<li>1+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience with Figma or a similar tool for design and prototyping.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual communication. -Bonus: Occasionally you can also design graphics and illustrations for our landing page, newsletters, and social media.</li>
