<li style="text-align:start;">The incumbent would be responsible for shaping and executing Air Indias leadership and professional development strategy. This role shall ensure that leaders at all levels are equipped to drive a high-performance, people-centric culture.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">The role entails diagnosing learning needs, designing and executing impactful learning / capability development interventions to scale, collaborate with key internal &amp; external stakeholders to build immediate &amp; long-term capability across the organization</li>
</ul>

Key Accountabilities

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Lead design &amp; implementation of overall Leadership Development strategy &amp; initiatives / programs, aligned with business priorities and leveraging relevant learning methodologies for leaders and people managers across levels</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Design &amp; implement capability development programs for special talent groups like High Potentials, Critical role successors, women leaders etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develop professional skills based on Air Indias competencies or otherwise to enable Air India employees to be more effective &amp; productive individuals, thus succeeding in their roles and getting ready for future roles</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Leverage interventions like learning journeys, immersions, coaching / mentoring programs, projects, feedback etc. to build capabilities in a sustainable way</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Assist in developing a learning culture in the organisation</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Plan and manage budgets optimally</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Calendarize interventions and communicate the same to all stakeholders</li>

</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Engage senior business and HR leaders to identify capability gaps and co-create impactful learning solutions.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Partner with HRBP colleagues across the life cycle of interventions. Collaboration is key in this role</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Build a strong learning partner ecosystem and partner with them to build required organisation capabilities</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Leverage digital learning tools &amp; new-age methodologies (blended learning, simulations, social learning, etc.) to enhance leadership and professional skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Assess, develop and implement leadership development processes, tools, resources, solutions, and organization development interventions to achieve the overarching goals of the organization.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Lead the team and provide direction on execution / implementation of tasks by prioritizing functional and organizational goals accordingly.</li>
</ul>

Educational and Experience Requirements

Minimum Education requirements

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Masters/MBA/PGDM/PGP/PG degree/diploma in Personnel/Human Resource Management from a premier institution</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Relevant professional certifications shall be an added advantage</li>
</ul>

Experience

<li style="margin-left:0px;">12-15 yrs experience with significant focus in leadership development, learning journeys &amp; capability building</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Rich experience in leveraging different leadership &amp; professional skills development methods, coaching models, OB / OD interventions, AC/DC &amp; digital learning tools</li>
</ul>
